Paid Features Terms

These Paid Features Terms apply to one-time digital purchases, including sponsored-listing campaigns, and supplement the Terms of Service.

1. Store purchase

Paid digital features in the mobile app are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. The store-displayed localized price and purchase confirmation control.

2. Sponsored-listing campaigns

A sponsored campaign may be offered for a selected duration, such as one, three, or seven days.

The campaign begins only after:

1. The store reports a completed purchase.

2. ReSell’s backend verifies the store transaction.

3. The transaction has not already been used.

4. The selected listing remains eligible and active.

3. Placement and results

An active sponsored listing may receive priority over non-sponsored listings. Placement may still vary based on location, availability, safety, relevance, recency, product design, and randomized ordering.

ReSell does not guarantee a fixed rank, minimum impressions, minimum clicks, messages, sales, revenue, or return on spend.

4. Metrics

Impressions, clicks, and click-through rate are operational analytics. They may be delayed, deduplicated, estimated, filtered, corrected, or unavailable due to device, connection, privacy, anti-fraud, or technical conditions.

5. Listing eligibility

A campaign may stop or be limited if the listing is sold, hidden, deleted, unavailable, prohibited, misleading, under review, or associated with a restricted account.

Purchasing promotion does not exempt content from moderation.

6. Failed or interrupted verification

ReSell does not intentionally consume or finish a store transaction before backend verification. If verification is interrupted, the app may retry or require support.

Do not repeatedly purchase the same campaign while a transaction is pending.

7. One-time and non-transferable

A campaign purchase is consumable, applies to the selected campaign, and cannot be transferred to another account or listing unless ReSell approves a correction or law requires otherwise.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are generally handled by Apple or Google. ReSell may stop or reverse a campaign after a refund, revocation, chargeback, or fraudulent purchase.

Removal of an unlawful or policy-violating listing does not automatically create a right to a refund, subject to store policy and applicable law.

9. Fraud and manipulation

Artificial impressions, clicks, devices, accounts, scripts, purchase-token reuse, chargeback abuse, or manipulation may result in removal of metrics, campaign cancellation, account restriction, and reporting to the store or authorities.
